PPP leader joins MQI

Rai Muhammad Aslam Kharal, a nominated PPP member for PP-74, joined Minhaj-ul-Quran International along with his friends and workers. He received life time membership of MQI in a marriage ceremony organized under MWF on August 1, 2011. He paid tribute to Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri for his global services in different fields such as peace, interfaith harmony, education and human welfare, and declared to join MQI. He said that PPP chairperson, Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, was also a life member of MQI.

He said that contributions and services of Shaykh-ul-Islam were exemplary. He said that he was fan of Shaykh-ul-Islam since his student days and was hugely impressed by his personality and work. He said that there was no match to his services in social, educational, religious and welfare fields.

Iftikhar Shah Bokhari, director of MWF, welcomed Rai Muhammad Aslam Kharal on behalf of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and central leadership. He congratulated him on seeking life time membership of MQI. A welcome party will soon be held in his honour at the central secretariat.

Rana Faisal, former General Secretary of MQI France, Mian Iftikhar Ahmad, Rao Muhammad Iqbal Advocate and Engr. Rafique Najam were also present on the occasion.
