Addressing the media at the Lahore Airport, he said that the agreement to end the sit-in with the blessings of the Pakistan Army has resulted in restoration of normalcy for the people of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. He congratulated the Pakistan Army on averting a disaster. Nawaz Sharif behind efforts to change law regarding finality of prophethood: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri

Addressing a hurriedly called meeting of the PAT Central Core Committee, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that none other than disqualified Nawaz Sharif is behind the efforts to change the text of oath regarding the finality of prophethood. He said that these changes to the law were enacted with the support of the foreign powers in an effort to end the disqualification. Addressing an emergency press conference soon after the Lahore High Court’s judgment to make the Baqir Najfi Commission report public, PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri asked the Punjab Chief Minister to hand over the report to the families of the martyrs before being apprehended. He said that we would spend all resources for justice, adding that we would die of hunger but would continue to chase the perpetrators of the Model Town tragedy.
